The red lines above, mark the current location of the ‘El Estudio Harris’ which was refurbished by Tomas Harris when he purchased it (it was not designed and built like I may have previously thought) and inside now,  it is much like it was when Tomas and Hilda lived there.  

El Estudio Harris which comprised of two homes  was purchased by Andreu Jaume’s grandparents after Tomas died in that fatal car crash in Mallorca. The ‘Gran Hotel Camp de Mar’ was owned by Andreu’s grandparents who had been great friends of Tomas, but sadly the hotel no longer exists today. Visitors to the Hotel in its grand days included Robert Graves, Ava Gardner, Gary Cooper, the Sha of Persia and Sir Winston Churchill. ‘Grand’ it must have been…
